Project-X Senior Housing (Gamble Manor)
In response to a shortage of housing for seniors, particularly on the city’s far south side and south suburban area, Community Supportive Living Systems (CSLS) proposes through this project to develop 60 single household units. Utilizing a model of normalization, the primary goal of this proposed development is to provide affordable permanent supportive housing opportunities for the seniors ages 55 and over.

Through CSLS’s over 27 years of experience of providing supportive housing,  we recognize the fact that a large portion of our population is getting older and the need for decent, safe and affordable housing  now  more than any other time in our history.
